Why can't you see the big picture.
I used to go to punk shows by myself a lot. I met a bunch of kids that lived in South Central LA and we became good pals. They hipped me to a lot of neat music. We would go to sketchy warehouse shows, skate in abandoned lots, eat thai food at three in the morning. One night my pal gave me a tape that said Big Boys - Fat Elvis on it. I put it in the cassette deck for the late ride home that night and I was hooked. That tape was on constant rotation for years. I found that tape in a drawer today.

My pal Mark cruised by today for a heavy bro-sesh...
We played chopper dress up with our bikes...
Buzzed the canyon to get Cokes at Cooks...
After we split, I get a call when I get home...As he was pulling away from a pump at the gas station his clutch cable broke mid-rev, launching him into a little wall he was turning away from. He's fine, but that newly installed narrowglide is dust.
Bad end to a good day.

I never realized how much I hated myself till now.
The rest of the movie should be pretty cool though.

Probably sounds stupid but one thing thats never really crossed my mind is what happens to a magneto bike when the back tire seizes....lights out!!
Me and Justin found that out last night when his newly painted fender rattled a couple bolts loose and jammed up in between the swingarm and tire causing a 60mph skid. He aimed for the shoulder but stopped 2 lanes in with no lights in a dark section of freeway and a few hundred pounds of Ironhead not going anywhere. Even at 2am freeways in Southern California are super active and as soon as I came to a stop I sprinted back in a panic cause all I could see was the black silhouette of him out there like a sitting duck. Luckily we got it off the road just as a wave of cars was about to hit......close call.

Just got this little package in the mail from my pal Otto Von Blotto over at Biltwell. Been wanting to run their Whiskey throttle ever since I tried Eddies and that pipe kit is sure gonna come in handy. Check them out, they got a little something for everybody.

Swap Find - The Devil's Angels
Swaps for me have been a bit a bust for me lately. I am usually broke, can't find anything I need, or just too dumb to know a good deal when it's slapping me in the face. I am a pretty big movie buff especially biker flicks so when I came across this yesterday I was blown away. It pretty much encompasses most of my interests, bikes, poster, music, and movies. My band Thee Cormans is based around Roger Corman biker and monster movies. So finding this 6 and half foot tall poster stoked me out! If you have never seen this movie its on Netflix. Most of the bikes in it are pretty bitchin, good music, babes, and violence!

Adam Yauch R.I.P...
Most of us into motorcycles these days know what it's like to change up your style. Nobody did it better than the Beastie Boys.
