Probably sounds stupid but one thing thats never really crossed my mind is what happens to a magneto bike when the back tire seizes....lights out!!

 Me and Justin found that out last night when his newly painted fender rattled a couple bolts loose and jammed up in between the swingarm and tire causing a 60mph skid. He aimed for the shoulder but stopped 2 lanes in with no lights in a dark section of freeway and a few hundred pounds of Ironhead not going anywhere. Even at 2am freeways in Southern California are super active and as soon as I came to a stop I sprinted back in a panic cause all I could see was the black silhouette of him out there like a sitting duck. Luckily we got it off the road just as a wave of cars was about to hit......close call.
